Today we happened to drive by a sign for the Harvest Festival at the Alameda County Fairgrounds, and decided to check it out. This was the best thing about the fair, let me tell you! (Well, that and the candy apples as big as your head.)
These great needle felted pieces are by Kerry Howard-Schmidt. There were so many great pieces to choose from, it was hard to decide which ones to take home. We ended up with this Pumpkin Head guy, and the party-hat wearing Ghost. To see more of Kerry's awesome work, head on over to her etsy shop.
