I was feeling patriotic yesterday and decided to whip up a tribute to the flag. Hope all you Canucks out there are enjoying celebrating the day we declared ourselves our own country. I'm off to listen to the Tragically Hip while eating some poutine and enjoying "Rock 'em, Sock 'em Hockey" vol. 150... :)
For our American neighbours- Happy 4th of July! Hope everyone has a great weekend. I'll post more next week. We're off to Tahoe for Ben's first Beard and Moustache Competition! I'll be surrounded by extremely hairy men... eeeww! :)

beard and mustache competition!!! I've always wanted to go to one of those- they are popular in Germany (where I'm from)and looking at the website- looks like a lot of Germans win it too ;p

I'll be taking lots of photos, it's crazy what men will do to their beards and mustaches. The Germans win A LOT, but an American won last summer in England, which was great. Have a good 4th! :)
